How to Contact Us for a Return
Simply Glamping USA has a 30-day return policy. Please email Simply Glamping USA at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to return a product within the 30 days. Please provide us with your order number and reason for the return and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If a return is granted because you have changed your mind about the product, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Return of Tents - Tents cannot be returned if they have been used.
All items being returned must be in the original packaging (without damage to package) and include all contents when originally shipped. Items must be in resalable condition.
If we shipped a product in error and have granted the return, you will receive a full refund. Do not return the product to Simply Glamping USA without an approval and a Return Authorization Number which you will receive in an email.
Defective items cannot be returned through our standard return process. They are subject to the warranty policy of the manufacturer.
The following items cannot be returned - Clearance and/or Final Sales
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact Simply Glamping USA via email at email@example.com. You must retain all original packaging and you will be asked to send photos of the damage. We will notify the shipping company and a damage call tag/pick-up tag will be issued and the carrier will pick the item up for inspection and return it to us.
Any damage to freight deliveries, please note on your Bill of Lading "Items are damaged and are subject to inspection". This is for protection and will help when we file a claim with the freight company.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Single items from bundled purchases may not be returned individually. If you purchased a bundle or kit from Simply Glamping USA, that whole bundle or kit needs to be returned in full.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY
Wooded River Return Exceptions
Custom items, cut yardage and items not in the current catalog may not be returned.
Wooded River Cancellation Exceptions
Order cancellations must be in writing and received before merchandise is in production. Orders for standard products that are already in production that are cancelled will result in a 20% Restocking Fee. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled.
Bear Mattress Exceptions

Lippert Products (Mattresses, Mats, and Covers)
There are no returns on Mattresses, Bunk Mats or Bunk Covers
*A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refusing shipment or returning an item for any reason other than damage or error in shipping. See brand exceptions above for different restocking fees.
